Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered into a search box is sent to the outside provider that supplies results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the contents of your message and use them to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting services may record routine server-log details, including IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and time stamps. We review aggregate information to maintain the service and understand use. Cookies or comparable tools may support ordinary analytics and, where used, advertising measurement.
What We Do With This Data
We use this limited information to operate the service, diagnose issues, measure traffic, and improve content. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to county and state portals, archives, library collections, and outside search tools. Each outside service controls information submitted on its own pages, including sponsored-result providers. Review that service’s privacy policy before entering data.
Who Might See Your Data
Hosting and support providers process logs on our behalf. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose information only when valid legal process requires it.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Tennessee residents may have rights under the Tennessee Information Protection Act (TIPA) to access, correct, delete, obtain, or opt out of certain covered-business data, subject to that law’s scope and exceptions. Because this service keeps very little, a request normally involves checking the contact mailbox and available logs, then removing applicable information. Use the Contact page to make a request. Tennessee state, county, and city public records remain under the control of their own custodians, including their separate correction and confidentiality rules.
Updates to This Policy
Any revision will appear here. Continuing to use the service after publication means you accept the revised policy.
